A cracked supply line at 2am, a water heater that quit on a Sunday, a slab leak that's been climbing your water bill for weeks — whatever brought you here, our Sandy-based crews are already staged and ready to roll.
Street Wise - Plumbing isn't a call center that forwards your job to whoever's cheapest that week. Our technicians carry state licensing, they're background-checked before they're handed a company vehicle, and every truck rolling through Sandy, OR is stocked for the repairs we see most in this climate and these homes.
Our dispatchers know the neighborhoods of Sandy well enough to tell you roughly what's driving a call before the truck even arrives — older sections tend toward galvanized pipe issues, newer builds toward fixture and appliance connections.
We keep a small, accountable roster rather than a rotating pool of subcontractors — the technician you talk to on the phone is trained to the same standard as the one who'll actually be standing in your Sandy kitchen.
A surprising number of the emergency calls we take in Sandy started as something small three or four days earlier. Here's what tends to escalate fast.
When water's actively coming out somewhere it shouldn't, minutes matter more than money. Our on-call technicians in Sandy are dispatched with the parts and equipment to handle burst pipes, failed water heaters, and overflowing fixtures on the first trip.
Faucet replacements, garbage disposal swaps, toilet installs, and whole-house re-pipes — our residential division works on the full range of what a Sandy home needs, not just the easy jobs.
Restaurants, offices, and retail spaces in Sandy, OR can't afford extended downtime over a plumbing issue. Our commercial team is equipped for grease trap service, backflow testing, and multi-fixture repairs on a schedule that respects your operating hours.
Slow drains, recurring clogs, and sewer backups get diagnosed with real equipment — camera inspection and hydro-jetting — not guesswork. We'll show you exactly what's happening in the line before recommending a repair.
We repair and install both traditional tank and tankless water heaters, and we'll walk you through sizing so you're not overpaying for capacity you don't need.
Hidden slab leaks and wall leaks get located with acoustic and thermal detection equipment before we ever break into drywall or concrete, which keeps repair costs down.
Faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and shower valves get installed to code, with old connections checked for corrosion rather than just reused out of convenience.
A live dispatcher takes your call, gets a read on the urgency, and starts routing the nearest available technician.
We route the closest qualified technician in Sandy, and you'll get a realistic arrival window instead of a vague "sometime today."
Before a wrench touches anything, you'll get a written, upfront price for the repair — no surprise line items after the fact.
Once the fix is complete and tested, you get a written warranty — if something related fails, we come back and make it right.
You approve a flat price before we start — never a rate that climbs once the job's already underway.
Because our trucks are already staged around Sandy, OR, we're rarely the "next week" plumber.
Every technician we send is licensed in OR and covered by full liability insurance — ask to see credentials on arrival.
